The age-old saying refers to diet and health and this prompted Dr Sarah Upjohn (specialist performing arts physiotherapist) (hyperlink her social media) and I to chat about how the Apple watch and phone can be used to help performing artists with their health and wellbeing, stress and fitness levels. While I love my gadgets and tech, Sarah is a self-confessed technophobe and was surprised to learn about all the features the iWatch and iPhone have that most of us do not even know about!
